Mariah Ediger
In 2020 Mariah completed her honours undergraduate degree in Natural Resource Science. For her thesis, she coordinated a large project at multiple snake dens across the range of rattlesnakes in British Columbia. Using cameras at these sites, she monitored patterns of rattlesnake ingress and egress, and in doing so set the stage for a larger project. For her thesis, though, she looked at the synchronicity of temperature changes at the dens. We worked closely with Robyn Reudink of the BC Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development (FLNRORD).
